We have lean meat, as well as mane, nakaochi (marbled belly meat close to the shoulder), and belly meat (a cut where fat and muscle alternate in a fibrous pattern).The horse meat is served with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rock salt.Please enjoy our proud horse meat!!!
